Wilson's Lane, Coventry

Lying approximately 5 miles to the north of Coventry city centre, Wilson’s Lane currently comprises agricultural land and associated farm buildings, on the northern boundary of Coventry.

Proposed as a sustainable urban extension to the North of Coventry, Gallagher Estates obtained planning permission on part of the site last year for up to 45 residential homes.

In addition to this we are currently in the process of promoting the larger part of the site through the Local Plan process for a comprehensive mixed use scheme.
