Goodwin, Stratford-upon-Avon

Located on the East side of the Birmingham Road, Goodwin falls within an area that was identified as a ‘Potential Development Option’ within the Draft Stratford on Avon Core Strategy 2012.

Due to its highly sustainable location on the edge of the main settlement in the District Gallagher Estates submitted a planning application for up to 60 dwellings, an area of public open space and pedestrian and cycle links to the existing public rights of way.

This application was approved earlier this year by Stratford’s Planning Committee (West) and will help the Council meet their housing requirements over the plan period up to 2031.
