PORTOBELLO, WARWICK
We are regenerating a 25-acre former Potterton boiler factory to provide a new urban community of over 300 homes and mixed uses together with new employment space.
This waterfront site will be designed to provide a local land mark demarcating the gateway between Warwick and Leamington Spa respectively. The scheme is carefully designed to encourage social interaction by fitting with the grain of the existing predominantly residential area.
It also involves the delivery of significant areas of open space including waterside walkways, together with a new bridge to serve the development.
Commencement of development anticipated 2004.
Resolution of grant consent subject to the completion of a Section 106 Agreement now passed by Warwick District Council.
