AFFORDABLE HOUSING

We are focused on the delivery of affordable and key worker homes in locations where it is essential to achieving sustainable communities and meeting local needs.

We have provided over 1,000 affordable homes over the past three years providing accommodation for over 4,000 people.

At present we are looking at new ways of providing key worker rented housing with banks and financial institutions, requiring little or no public subsidy.

We recognise the importance of a portfolio mixed approach. In our experience, it is vital to provide balanced communities that are not polarised with an emphasis of providing housing choice.
