High quality design, be it in the layout of the scheme, the provision of infrastructure or the design of individual buildings, parks or play areas, is considered by us to be paramount.

An integral, comprehensive and collaborative approach to the design process is carried out with particular sensitivity to "secure by design" principles in order to ensure community safety.

Our design experience respects the local character and architectural style of an area, whilst encouraging new and innovative design solutions.

We follow the leads in recent national advice, for example, by English Partnerships and the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment.
