We adopt a creative approach to the design, delivery and future management of public facilities, space and streetscapes.

Our schemes involve providing new areas of public domain including public buildings, open spaces, hard and soft landscaping and public art, all of which form an integral part of master planning, with careful thought to ongoing management and maintenance.

We continue to take account of best practice wherever it occurs and tailor to local circumstances with sustainable approaches to income generation and asset management in the interest of the wider community.

We are working with a number of local authorities in creating hybrid approaches to the upkeep of the public realm. This includes the establishment of a town company operated in partnership with the public, private and voluntary sectors to oversee the delivery and subsequent management and maintenance of community facilities and public spaces.
