THE VISION

Assisting in the continuous improvement of the national, regional and local policy context we see the importance of the "bigger picture". Making connections and "joining up" the cross cutting themes are essential to creating sustainable communities.

We are proud to promote ourselves as a "market leader" in this country for the promotion of new communities ranging from urban regeneration and sustainable extensions to new towns. As described earlier, we do this through our unusual role not as a house builder, but as a master developer.

We are exploring the application of this model in inner city settings to supplement what we are doing now and what we have already achieved in inner urban areas.
