NUNN MILLS, NORTHAMPTON
Our objective is to deliver a new mixed use urban village. It involves the regeneration of a 50-acre former power station site adjacent to the town centre.
The scheme involves development of over 1,000 homes, together with new offices and mixed uses in a waterfront setting. The project will have a catalytic effect in stimulating further regeneration opportunities to the south of the town centre.
Outline Planning Application submitted February 2004.
Commencement of development anticipated 2005.
