KENNINGTON, LONDON
This project involves achieving a dynamic architectural solution which enables the protection and enhancement of a landmark building in South London.
We are converting a former bingo hall to provide a mixed use scheme incorporating 65 apartments and affordable housing.
It also involves the delivery of significant areas of open space including waterside walkways, together with a new bridge to serve the development.
Anticipated commencement of development late 2004.
