Here our master developer role has involved catalytic work in assembling the site and generating a vision that has now been handed over as a project to Domain for delivery.
A creative scheme concept involves the refurbishment and conversion of a former 19th century multi-storey textile mill to provide mixed use and affordable accommodation in the heart of Manchester. The scheme will help stimulate change in this urban quarter and encourage further regeneration activity in this part of the city.
Development has commenced and is due to be completed later this year.
