SUSTAINABLE URBAN EXTENSIONS - CASE STUDIES

We plan, design and construct with care and consistency to ensure as little countryside as possible is taken, whilst helping to foster stronger and more neighbourly communities.

We share the approaches championed by the Prince's Foundation and English Partnerships, to create places that will flourish. Places that are "liveable" and that share the characteristics of historically successful urban neighbourhoods, with a vision for now and the future.

The strength of Gallagher Estates' approach is in the attention to comprehensive master planning, combined with strategic and detailed design codes and urban designs. Each are informed by community planning techniques, which help shape and inform both the development concept and the fine grain details.
